Exchange & Return Policy – Alimas Clothing

At Alimas Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every item meets our quality standards. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges under certain conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges only for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags and packaging are intact and not removed.
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or alteration

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at clothingalimas@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and photos of the item (if applicable).
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the product back to us using any reliable courier service. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement item within 3–5 business days.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the defect or wrong item received. Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Color Variation

Please note that product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution differences. Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges are provided for eligible items. In special cases (such as out-of-stock replacements), a store credit or voucher may be issued for future purchases.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at clothingalimas@gmail.com.
