At Alimas Clothing, we value your shopping experience and aim to ensure that your orders reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle deliveries, shipping fees, timelines, and related concerns for all orders placed within Pakistan.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas. Deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners such as Leopard Courier, TCS, and M&P to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- For major cities, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
- For remote or outstation areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated timelines. Unexpected delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or national holidays may occasionally occur.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 200 for all orders nationwide.
Orders with a total value above PKR 3,000 qualify for free shipping across Pakistan.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery. If delivery fails due to unavailability, our courier partner may attempt a second delivery or return the parcel to us.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s official website to monitor your order status and estimated delivery time.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any reshipping charges. Alimas Clothing is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at clothingalimas@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging or item for verification. We will investigate the issue with the courier and take appropriate action, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Delays and Limitations
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, including courier workload, weather conditions, or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
