Order Confirmation
Once you place an order through our website, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email or SMS containing the details of your purchase. This confirmation indicates that we have received your order request.
After your order has been reviewed and processed, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation once it has been shipped. In case of any delay, stock issue, or payment verification requirement, our support team will reach out to you directly.
Order Verification
To ensure security and accuracy, our team may contact you via phone or email to verify your order details before processing. Orders that cannot be verified within a reasonable time frame may be delayed or canceled.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, please email us promptly at clothingalimas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Payment Methods
We offer the following secure and convenient payment options for our customers across Pakistan:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel.
- Bank Transfer / Online Payment – For prepaid orders, payment can be made through bank transfer or other approved online payment channels as shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery Policy
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide for your convenience. Please note the following conditions:
- Ensure that the delivery address and contact number are correct and active.
- Once an order is confirmed under COD, it must be accepted upon delivery.
- Repeated refusals or fake COD orders may lead to account restrictions or suspension of future orders.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders (bank transfer or online payment), your order will be processed once the payment is successfully received and verified. Payment instructions, if applicable, will be shared with you at checkout or through confirmation email.
Payment Confirmation
After completing your payment, you will receive an email or SMS confirming that your payment has been received. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of completing payment, please contact our support team with proof of payment to ensure prompt verification.
Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Failed or Declined Payments

Fraud Prevention

Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect order placement. Refunds are only issued in cases of defective or wrong products, as per our Exchange & Return Policy.
